Wow! Cari Z. did an amazing job. Retired assassin becomes the rescuer of a grievously injured cop. I was absorbed from start to finish. Some of these LHNB stories are turning out to be way more well-written than published m/m. My only gripe was I wish we could've had Shawn's POV. 4.75 stars~
